Let’s talk Kitchen Gadgets!
I thought I would share with you a couple of our favorite kitchen gadgets we use in our tiny RV kitchen space. I love getting space-saving, collapsible items you can stack in a cabinet. Once you fold them down you’ll be amazed at the extra storage space. Our dish drainer for one is the first thing I bought and we love it! It also folds down to store away when not in use or traveling.
Same goes for the collapsible tubs we use for washing dishes when boondocking. These awesome space saving tubs help prevent our tanks from filling up too fast. These tubs are also multi-purpose and can be used for many things around the RV. We have one in each sink when boondocking.
My Instant Pot Duo 8qt is my go-to for almost all my cooking! I don’t use the stove very often since propane can be expensive in some places. We have Solar and a Generator so I can cook in the woods or in an RV park! I use this gadget almost every day. From browning meat to hard-boiled eggs!
We received a new toy today that no RV kitchen should be without. Meet our new Pizza Pizzazz! My sister-in-law swears by her’s because of its pure awesomeness for cooking oven foods! Since I don’t use our propane oven at all, the Pizza Pizzazz will allow me to save energy and still cook our favorites without using the traditional or convection oven. I am so excited to try this out!
We both love to cook but I like to cook simple meals with few ingredients. Plus I like to fold things and store them away off the counters to make more room for cooking!
